Renovation and conversion of a historic villa into a Special Services Plus offering of the Education Department. The full-day care service is designed for children and adolescents with very high support needs and will be established for the first time in Basel. A balanced design is required that respects the historic building fabric and takes into account both pedagogical objectives and practical suitability.
