New Construction SUHRENTAL Senior Care Centre : The objective is to construct, in a 1st phase, a new residential building comprising at least twelve 2.5-room and three 3-room apartments. A higher number of apartments is explicitly desired, with the residential mix exclusively comprising 2.5-room apartments (approximately 80%) and 3.5-room apartments (approximately 20%). In the new construction for the senior care centre, 120 care rooms (distributed across five care units) and at least 22 care studios are to be realized in a 2nd phase, which can be converted to care rooms with only minor structural modifications if required. In addition to the usual ancillary and service rooms, spaces for third-party uses are also to be provided. Following the commissioning of the new senior care centre, the existing building is to be dismantled.
