New Construction Care Home Wehntal - Overall Services Design Competition

Various sites with undeveloped plots in the Wehntal are currently being examined for the new construction. The site decision will be made by mid-June 2026 at the latest.

The current care centre Wehntal in Schöfflisdorf no longer meets current requirements and is to be replaced by a new construction with approximately 3'400 m² of usable floor space. This should essentially contain 3 residential units with 20 care rooms each and the associated infrastructure spaces, as well as a public restaurant. The client, the Health Centre Dielsdorf, is holding a single-stage overall services design competition with functional performance specifications and qualitative requirements, on behalf of the responsible local authorities. Based on a space programme and functional performance specification, the overall service provider is to plan and implement a convincing project in terms of architecture, functionality, economy and sustainability, including landscaping design.
