The Building Department of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Civil Engineering Office, is conducting a public procurement procedure on behalf of the Real Estate Office for the award of general planning services (feasibility study, design, tender preparation, implementation) for the renovation of the building envelope of the heritage-protected buildings Gessnerallee 9, 11 and 13 in Zurich, which are used by the Zurich University of the Arts. A general planning team (including sub-planners) is sought with providers of planning services in the fields of construction management (overall direction and, in the case of a consortium, lead management), architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection and building physics with extensive experience in the implementation of renovation projects for heritage-protected buildings. The design must be carried out with high organizational competence and strong sensitivity to the existing structure. The planning and execution of the construction project must be realized in a cost-conscious and quality-conscious manner and on schedule. All work must be coordinated and executed within the framework of ongoing operations.
