Demolition of Hospital Building BB11 Inselspital Bern Encompassing master planning of all demolition works within the project scope BB11/TP1 (Hospital Building, entrance section, polyclinic). A pre-announcement is being made as a mandatory site visit will take place following the official publication.   Although a preliminary design already exists for the demolition works, it must be critically reviewed by the successful bidder and fundamentally redesigned. The existing preliminary design will be provided to bidders for information purposes only as part of the tender and serves as a basis for preparing the bid. Master planning with the following planning disciplines: - Structural engineering / Structural design - Construction management - Architectural planning - Supply and disposal planning - Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning-Cooling-Sanitary (HVKKS) - Electrical/Building automation - Building physics - Fire protection - Contaminants - Sustainability (Environment and ecology) Organizational leadership shall be assigned to either the construction management office and/or the structural engineering office. Multiple participation in the tender for structural engineering offices and construction management offices is excluded. Offices in the fields of architecture, supply and disposal planning, HVKKS, E/BA, building physics, fire protection, and contaminants may apply to multiple master planning teams.
