School Building Breite, Muttenz - Tender for Client Support Services

The municipality of Muttenz intends to evaluate client support services for the School Building Breite, Muttenz project in order to relieve the Department of Construction, Planning, Environment; Building Construction Division, which meets the requirements according to the attached requirements catalogue under the best possible conditions. A design competition selected the proposal of the master planning team Brandenberger Kloter Architekten AG, Basel in December 2024 for further development. The preliminary project will be developed from summer 2025 onwards, construction is scheduled to commence in mid-2028, and completion and occupancy are planned for summer 2030. The cost framework for the entire project amounts to CHF 29.5 million for BCP 1 – 9. The objective is to implement the project economically, sustainably and with high quality; maintenance and operations should also be managed cost-effectively. For the professional implementation of the project and to ensure achievement of project objectives, the client has decided to strengthen its team with client support services from SIA Phase 32 Building Project onwards.
