The residential and commercial building « Zingghaus » is to be comprehensively renovated and converted. The existing building is protected as part of the local townscape, is currently uninhabitable, and has significant structural and technical renovation requirements. Planned are the demolition of the existing workshop as well as the construction of an extension with stairwell and lift for access to the upper floors. The ground floor will be used in future as commercial space (office). In the upper floors (1st floor / 2nd floor / attic), 3.5-room apartments with balconies will be created to modern construction standards. The existing street-facing facade must be preserved in its current form and appearance.
