New Bus Terminal Littau I Overall Engineering Services SIA Phases 31 to 53

The existing bus terminal in Littau no longer meets current requirements (accessibility, comfort, amenities, etc.). Moreover, operations cannot be safely managed from a traffic perspective. The Public Transport Association Lucerne, Canton Lucerne, and the City of Lucerne intend to expand public transport in the Lucerne North area, which creates the need for multiple bus platforms at Littau station. The City of Lucerne therefore aims at a redesign of the bus terminal. Engineering services as overall project manager must be provided in project phases 31 (preliminary project), 32 (construction project); 33 (approval procedure / public consultation project); 41 (invitation to tender, offer comparison, award request); 51 (detailed design); 52 (construction) and 53 (commissioning, handover) in accordance with SIA standards 103 (2020) and 112.
