Münsterplatz 11, Energy Renovation and Workplace Optimization, BKP 290 Lead Planner with Sub-planners
The project concerns the energy renovation of heritage-protected properties as well as the adaptation and optimization of the building infrastructure to meet the requirements of modern work practices in public administration. In addition to energy-related measures, the project also includes functional, space-related and workplace-specific optimizations, particularly in the areas of acoustics and lighting. To structure and efficiently manage the overall project, the planned work is divided into four clearly defined measure packages. The measure packages are part of an integral overall project, have specialist demarcations, but are closely interlinked in their planning and implementation. The planning of all measure packages is carried out within the framework of a holistic lead planner mandate. The lead planner assumes the integral planning of all specialist disciplines taking into account heritage conservation, economic, operational and scheduling aspects.
