Lupfig IO; K399, Renovation of Station Street and Village Street
Project Manager, specialist planners and site management, SIA phases 41 - 53 The pavement in the Village Street section K399 in Lupfig dates from 1991 and has therefore exceeded the average service life for surface coatings, which is approximately 25 years. The pavement on Station Street has not quite reached the 25-year service life, but should approximately reach it by the time of execution. The Public Works Department of the Department of Construction, Transport and Environment initiated the planning of the pavement renovation of Station Street and Village Street from Ähren roundabout to Ochsen intersection in summer 2019. The renovation perimeter runs from Ähren roundabout via Büchli roundabout to Ochsen intersection, with Büchli roundabout having been completed in 2017 and therefore being excluded from the renovation perimeter. The renovation perimeter of Village Street and Station Street, from Ähren roundabout via Büchli roundabout to Ochsen intersection, is located exclusively within the urban area. The municipality of Lupfig plans the renewal of various utility lines within the project perimeter, including sewerage, Village stream, water supply and street lighting. Further utility line projects by third parties must be coordinated.
