Kornhausstrasse 30, 8006 Zurich, Complete Renovation, BKP 291 Planning Services Architecture

The client is conducting a selective procedure for the procurement of architectural services for the complete renovation at Kornhausstrasse 30. Planning services in the field of architecture according to SIA Standard 102 are being sought. The following phases, representing a total of approximately 100 percent of partial services, will be put out to tender according to SIA Standard 102 (edition 2020): 3 Design 4 Tendering 5 Realization The architect must provide all basic services in accordance with articles 4.3 – 4.5 of SIA Standard 102 (services description). Any additional expenses will be charged based on time spent. The committee of the foundation council of the PWG Foundation has approved a planning and design budget for the preliminary project and construction project. The subsequent conclusion of the contract will be made in phases and is subject to the approval and authorization of the competent authorities as well as the approval of the required budgets by the competent foundation bodies. There is therefore no entitlement to the provision of services in all sub-phases.
