Freihofstrasse 33, 8048 Zurich, Complete Renovation, Call for Tenders BKP 291 Planning Services Architecture

The client is conducting a selective procedure for the procurement of architectural services for the complete renovation of Freihofstrasse 33. Planning services in the field of architecture according to SIA standard 102 are sought. The following phases, for a total of approximately 100% of partial services, will be called for tender in accordance with SIA standard 102 (edition 2020): 3 Design 4 Tendering 5 Realization The architect must provide all basic services in accordance with articles 4.3 – 4.5 of SIA standard 102 (performance specification). Any additional expenses shall be billed according to time spent. The committee of the foundation board of the PWG Foundation has approved a planning and project development credit for the preliminary project and construction project. The subsequent conclusion of the contract will take place in phases and is subject to the approval and authorization of the competent authorities and the approval of the required credits by the competent foundation bodies. There is therefore no entitlement to the provision of services in all partial phases.
