HUG - BELLERIVE & LOEX - CFC 29 Fees

Call for tenders for a multidisciplinary HVAC engineering mandate concerning the renovation of heat production installations, the internal district heating network (CAD), and hydraulic substations of Loëx Hospital (Bernex, GE) and Bellerive. The mandate covers SIA phases 21 to 33 and aims at modernization, hydraulic reliability, and energy transition of the installations while ensuring operational continuity of an active hospital site. Variants to be studied include notably a groundwater heat pump (with authorization and discharge constraints), a biomass option (pellets), and an oil backup system. The consultant must integrate asbestos/pollutant diagnostic requirements, construction site safety/flow management, control-supervision (BMS/MCR), and provide a multi-criteria comparison leading to decision support, followed by implementation of the selected solution.
