Overall Project Management for Hadlaubstrasse HST Stop Conversion in Accordance with Disability Equality Act

The subject of this call for tenders is planning services for the conversion of Hadlaubstrasse stop in accordance with the requirements of the Disability Equality Act (BehiG) as specified in the tender documents. The services include overall project management according to SIA 103 for phases 3 to 5, including project design, specialist planning and site management in the fields of earthworks, cast-in-place concrete construction, lift installation, 50 Hz installation as well as lighting design. Project start: mid-2026 Project completion: mid-2029 Work is carried out during regular working hours. For SIA phases 52 and 53, depending on requirements, work during night hours or weekends may also be necessary.
