1165960 – Le Day Le Pont – Renewal of Structures
Line 201 Le Day–Le Brassus is a single-track secondary line of the main network in the Nord-Vaud region. It is operated by SBB between Le Day and Le Brassus. The line runs along a steep mountain slope, predominantly in a forested area, and comprises several structures. On the section Le Day–Le Pont (DAY–PT), six structures must be renovated to ensure their preservation and the safety of railway operations. These consist of four underpasses and two viaducts. SBB has prepared preliminary studies defining the planned technical solutions for the renovation of these structures in accordance with network requirements. The renovation target is set for the period 2032–2035. The contractor shall carry out the overall planning and coordination of this project in accordance with the performance specification in documents B.
