Wasen Primary School in Emmental – Call for Proposals for Architectural Services / Selective Single-Stage Procedure

Conversion, renovation and site development works for Wasen Primary School in Emmental, in accordance with the requirements of the Education and Culture Directorate of the Canton of Berne (Curriculum 21 for foundation stage classes) and the heritage conservation authority of the Canton of Berne. The school currently houses and will continue to accommodate 6 foundation stage classes in the future. The currently unused attic space serves primarily for the primary stage but will be used secondarily by associations and for assemblies.

The start of the commission will be determined by the Municipality of Sumiswald in collaboration with the appointed parties. The building permit submission is planned for 2026.
