Redesign of the Surroundings of the Municipal Building and Renovation of the Old Pavilion in Kölliken

The Municipality of Kölliken wishes to redesign the surroundings of its municipal building and renovate the adjacent old pavilion. The redesign of the municipal building is to be implemented in a climate-adapted manner using the sponge city principle. For the renovation of the old pavilion, an operational concept and a renovation concept still need to be developed. To develop both construction projects, planning services in landscape architecture, architecture, and construction management are being put out to tender. A project team is to jointly plan the construction projects and assume overall project management through construction completion.
