Renovation of Schwarzenburg Fire Station

The Schwarzenburg fire station is to be renovated or rebuilt according to a feasibility study already prepared by the architecture firm rollimarchini AG. The feasibility study serves as the basis. Changes to the room layout etc. will be communicated by the user. The purpose of this tender is the award of architectural services from the preliminary project through to completion (subject to credit approval). Two milestones are defined: Milestone 1: Construction project incl. cost estimate ±10% by July 2027 (request for credit approval in December 2027) Milestone 2: Start of the tendering and implementation phase from January 2028 onwards (subject to credit approval)

- Start of phase 31 (Preliminary project) : November 2026 - End of phase 32 (Construction project incl. cost estimate ±10%) : July 2027 - Phase 33 (Submission of building permit application) : October 2027 - Request for construction credit at municipal assembly : December 2027 - Start of phase 41 (Tendering, quote comparison, award request) : from January 2028 onwards - Start of phase 52 (Implementation) : approximately June 2028
