Requalification of Route des Jeunes and surrounding area - Global mandate for updating the planning concept and carrying out localized studies

The tender covers the services of a landscape architect, mobility specialist, civil engineer and environmental specialist. This is a global mandate for updating the planning concept of Route des Jeunes and for carrying out localized studies. The mandate will be awarded to a landscape architect who will subcontract the expertise of mobility specialist, civil engineer and environmental specialist that they do not have in-house. The mandate awarded following this procedure covers four objects: - Monitoring and upgrading of the general concept of Route des Jeunes integrating all road connections, active mobility connections and access to existing and/or future sites or buildings - Feasibility studies "Esplanade de l'Étoile" - Feasibility studies "Jeune/Vibert intersection and access to PLQ Praille Ouest and Porte Sud" - Feasibility studies "Crossings of rail lines and the Drize on Avenue Vibert".
