ENERGY RENOVATION OF THE PLANTA BUILDINGS, LOCATED ROUTE DU MANDEMENT 545 – 553 IN DARDAGNY

The subject of the call for tenders concerns a lot of two buildings located at Route du Mandement 545-549 and 551-553. To this end, the Client seeks to engage a multidisciplinary team of mandataries, which must be composed as follows: · Lead office for planning and coordination of studies and works. Project management must be assumed by an architectural firm. The architectural firm, which leads the consortium, will ensure all planning and coordination tasks for the studies and will be responsible for monitoring the services of the other specialized mandataries to be recruited in addition to the consortium members. · HVAC engineering firm for the renovation of building systems; · Engineering firm for building physics and thermics for the energy renovation of the building envelope; · Safety engineer to ensure that technical solutions do not aggravate risks, particularly fire safety, and remain in compliance with applicable standards. The consortium may engage additional specialists it deems necessary for the project's success.
