Framework Agreement Cluster 1 | Financial Assets Portfolio | General Planning Services Tender

The Department of Construction of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Office of Civil Engineering, is announcing a tender for the award of general planning services (condition analysis, design, tendering, implementation) as a framework agreement, based on SIA 102, 103 and 108 standards for projects scheduled over the next five years in the portfolio of general financial assets of the Canton of Zurich, commissioned by the Real Estate Office as the property owner's representative. For the maintenance of various residential and commercial properties, one to two planning offices are sought with architectural, construction and building technology expertise, as well as particular organizational competence in the simultaneous handling of approximately 10 different projects in the existing portfolio. The contractors are able to respond flexibly to different requests and have adequate personnel resources. They are capable of planning and implementing a wide range of construction measures in a cost-conscious and appropriate manner and are able to adequately implement the Canton's objectives and requirements.
