Modernisation Project Metro Line m2 - PRm2 MA 2026 003 - Safety Systems Expert

As part of the modernisation project for metro line m2 in Lausanne, several substantial modifications are planned for the existing fixed installations and rolling stock. These include in particular the renovation of electrical installations and the integration of a new automatic train control system (CBTC). Furthermore, an increase in line capacity is envisaged, requiring technical and operational adjustments and the acquisition of new rolling stock. This call for tenders concerns the services of a safety systems expert. He/she must conduct an independent technical expertise of safety installations and telematics applications directly linked to the safety and reliability of operations for the following areas: Safety, Cybersecurity, Service fitness (reliability, availability, maintainability, etc.) insofar as it affects safety or cybersecurity, Security (in the sense of protection against intentional human actions) insofar as it affects safety or cybersecurity. This mandate comprises a fixed tranche released upon contract signature and an optional tranche to be released according to the client's needs.
