Architectural services and construction supervision for the construction of the new municipal administrative building «Garavello», the creation of a technical room for the preparation of the future municipal energy network and external facilities

ARCHITECT SERVICES AND SITE MANAGEMENT (SIA PHASES 41-51-52-53) The Municipality of Morcote hereby launches a public tender/CIAP for architect fee services and site management for SIA phases 41 to 53, based on the final project. The services concern the construction of the new Municipal Building "Garavello", to be erected in continuity with the parking garage of the same name, the provision of adequate technical spaces for the future municipal energy network, as well as the external facilities. The boundaries of the project are clearly defined in the attached final project plans, to which reference is made.
