Planner Selection Procedure - Architecture
A complete renovation of House Märt is planned, including an extension of one storey in lightweight construction and a simple surface renovation of the façades of House Burg. The existing central section (chapel wing) will be completely demolished. A new six-storey connecting building (House Mitte) will link House Märt and House Burg storey by storey to form a new functional unit. The basis is provided by an existing feasibility study by Camenzind Architekten AG. On this basis, the board of directors of WPZ Berghof has decided to implement the detailed feasibility study. In this sense, the design of the floor plans and spatial arrangements, with the exception of the ground floor access area, is prescribed for the planner selection procedure and must be adopted. A new design of the floor plans and spatial arrangements is not part of the task specification and is not desired.
