North Technical Center _ HVAC Engineer Mandate

Within the framework of the «North Technical Center» project, the tender concerns the services for the HVAC Engineer Mandate for SIA phases 31 to 53 according to the specification. GA has selected a General Contractor for execution. The services of the mandated HVAC Engineer for the implementation phases (SIA 51 to 53) shall consist of quality supervision as a qualified project supervisor. The construction project concerns part of the buildings in the northern zone: Firm package: OAE Building (operations, runway maintenance and horticulture), BATO I Building (GA Mechanics, IBA storage), SSLIA Annex (Operational support and training), Industrial waste facility, OAE waste facility and IEL Storage Building. Conditional package: BATO II Building (Mechanics of assistance agents (AA)), BATO III Building (GA locksmithing, FM locksmithing and lettering center). The mandate includes the following services: • Technical coordination • Heating – Ventilation Engineer • Sanitary and sprinkler systems Engineer (possibly subcontracted) • Electrical Engineer (possibly subcontracted) • Lighting specialist (possibly subcontracted) • Building Automation / Control Engineer (possibly subcontracted).
