Technical Pole North _ Architectural Mandate

Within the framework of the «Technical Pole North» project, the procurement invitation concerns services for the Architectural Mandate for SIA phases 31 to 53 as described in the Specifications. GA has selected a General Contractor for execution. The services of the Architect Mandatary during the implementation phases (SIA 51 to 53) will be those of quality assurance support as AMO. The construction project concerns part of the buildings in the northern zone: Fixed tranche: OAE Building (operations, slope maintenance and horticulture), BATO I Building (GA Mechanics, IBA storage), SSLIA Annex (Operational support and training), Industrial recycling centre, OAE recycling centre and IEL Storage Building. Conditional tranche: BATO II Building (Mechanics of assistance agents (AA)), BATO III Building (GA Locksmithing, FM Locksmithing and Lettering Centre). The mandate includes the following services: ·      Architect ·      Coordination/General Project Management ·      Façade specialist (possibly subcontractor) ·      Acoustics specialist (possibly subcontractor) ·      Fire protection expert (possibly subcontractor) ·      Building physicist (possibly subcontractor) ·      DGNB Coordinator (possibly subcontractor) ·      Environment specialist (possibly subcontractor) ·      Low carbon specialist (possibly subcontractor).
