Section N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny (approximately 15.8 km) extends from km 56.222 at the boundary of branch 1 (Estavayer-le-Lac) to km 72.000, project area EP Martigny & surroundings, completed in 2023. It includes the two semi-interchanges of Bex and the St-Maurice interchange. The project aims to remedy specific infrastructure deficiencies and extend their operational effectiveness by approximately 15 years. The works mainly concern the replacement of surface courses, the adaptation of rest areas and measures on several engineering structures. Individually for each procurement. This tender concerns the services of the project manager (APR) and the site supervision (DLT) traffic for the entire section and for the phases from intervention conception (MK) to commissioning (MS). Main services • Traffic planning phase: Development of traffic management concept (CGT) and initial GUC. • Temporary marking and safety: Definition of temporary marking and safety devices. • Traffic management facilities: Planning and coordination of construction site regulation and signalling devices. • Final horizontal signalling: Restoration of final markings after works. • Works supervision (DLT + coordination): Monitoring of implementation, site adjustments and participation in interdisciplinary coordination. Objective: To ensure safety, smooth flow and readability of traffic during all project phases.
