This tender refers to services in the field of the expansion project « N04/06 SH South – Herblingen Safety Tunnel Grinding Dust », subproject Safety Tunnel Grinding Dust.   The subject of this tender is the mandate for evidence securing and vibration measurements for the Safety Tunnel Grinding Dust. The basis is the detailed project (draft), the monitoring and maintenance plan as well as the associated 2D plans.   The bidder is responsible for the proper execution of all services in the field of evidence securing, vibration monitoring and surface measurement on behalf of the client.   In particular, the following points must be observed: - Consultation of the client on evidence securing and vibration measurement issues as well as assumption of project management and coordination.   - Implementation of evidence securing (crack surveys) of all buildings in the defined area of influence before construction begins as well as follow-up surveys after construction completion, including the existing retaining wall Krebsbachstrasse ; preparation of traceable crack records.   - Consideration of damage potential according to the Burland procedure (SK 0–5).   - Planning, installation and operation of vibration measurements in the Grinding Dust tunnel (BSA area) as well as at defined buildings in the area of influence according to SN 640 312a.   - Review of geological conditions and assessment of vibration risk before construction begins ; identification of any vibration-sensitive equipment.   - Continuous monitoring, storage and evaluation of measurement data during tunnelling ; immediate notification of limit value exceedances and adjustment of the measurement concept if necessary.   - Installation and regular monitoring of settlement measurement points by precision levelling according to the monitoring and maintenance plan ; adjustment of measurement intervals if necessary.   - Complete documentation, evaluation and timely reporting to the client.   - Work partially carried out during night closures and under operational restrictions
