This invitation to tender concerns the services in the field of the development project « N04/06 SH South – Herblingen Safety Tunnel Fäsenstaub », sub-project Safety Tunnel Fäsenstaub. The subject of this invitation to tender is the owner's surveying for the Safety Tunnel Fäsenstaub. The attached detailed project (draft) forms the basis. The bidder is responsible for the proper execution of all surveying services commissioned by the client. In particular, the following points must be observed: The owner's surveying includes advising the client on surveying matters and project management in the surveying field. The owner's surveyor examines and approves the contractor's measurement concepts and monitors their compliance according to the monitoring and maintenance plan. All measurement data must be recorded, managed and made available to the project participants on a unified geomonitoring platform. The services include the creation and control of fixed point networks in the portal areas, in the existing tunnel and in the Mühlental area. Geodetic and geotechnical monitoring and deformation measurements must be carried out during construction (including North/South portals, Mühlental and existing tunnel). Work is carried out in part during night closures and weekends. The surveying also includes advance control of the safety tunnel, deformation monitoring of the cross-passages and control of recordings for the as-built plan (ABP). All measurement results must be documented, evaluated and made available on the geomonitoring platform according to specifications.
