Master Image Plateau Saint-Georges - Lancy

The purpose of this study is the development of a Master Image serving as a reference document for the future evolution of Plateau Saint-Georges. It is conducted upstream of any formal regulatory procedure (zone modification, PDQ, PLQ or equivalent) and aims to provide municipal and cantonal authorities with a consolidated technical basis for decision-making. The study aims to assess, in an integrated and objective manner, the conditions of territorial, regulatory, environmental, land-related and operational feasibility of the evolution and regeneration of the Plateau Saint-Georges sector. It should make it possible to identify credible scenarios compatible with the applicable legal and strategic frameworks, and to clarify the conditions necessary for their implementation.
