External Project Management (Client's Representative) Development Senior Care Centre Heideweg, 6440 Ingenbohl

The mandate for external project management (client's representative) includes the support and advisory services provided to the municipality of Ingenbohl within the framework of the project «Development Senior Care Centre Heideweg». External project management acts as an extension of the client to manage projects strategically and operationally. It ensures quality, schedules and costs, coordinates planners and contractors, and represents the client's interests vis-à-vis third parties. The mandate initially covers only the first three project phases (autumn 2026 to approximately mid-2028). For the subsequent phases (2028 until project completion around 2033), the award of a follow-up mandate to the mandate holder through direct award procedures (pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 lit. e and i GPA) is reserved. The objective is for external project management to accompany the project through all phases until commissioning.
