Upgrade of Bergweiher Dam Horgen, engineering works realization phase

The Bergweiher Dam Horgen in the Horgenberg locality is subject to the dam regulation and must be upgraded with respect to flood and earthquake safety. For this purpose, extensive modifications and extensions of the dam and the watercourse area are planned. The existing dam must be completely rehabilitated and reconstructed. The flood protection facilities will be renewed. Extensive ecological compensation and replacement measures are planned. The tasks of the appointed parties correspond to the basic services as well as the additional services mentioned in the service specification according to SIA 103 service phases 41 to 53. The project is to be processed as a BIM project according to the existing BIM execution plan. The existing model is to be taken over by the appointed party and supplemented until commissioning and completely handed over. The tender and execution planning, as well as the billing and documentation of the existing structure are carried out on a model basis (full BIM processing). Essential plans of the completed work are to be produced digitally in 2D and as an analog print version.
