New Construction House Berg and Extension House Lake, Care Centre Frohmatt AG, Wädenswil

Care Centre Frohmatt AG operates care facilities at two locations in Wädenswil and Schönenberg with a total of 172 care beds. As part of a study assignment in a selective procedure according to SIA 143, the project «Kolibri» by Scheibler & Villard GmbH, Basel, was unanimously recommended for further development at the Wädenswil location. Following review of the project objectives and revision of the winning project, the scheme comprises the following phases: Phase 1: Extension House Lake – 42 care beds (commissioning 2029) Phase 2: New Construction House Berg – 38 senior apartments and 56 care beds, restaurant, health centre, general areas, parking (commissioning 2031) For both sub-projects, construction costs BKP 1-5 of CHF 40 million (target costs) are budgeted. We are seeking a qualified company for owner's representation (BHV) according to LHO KUB, edition 2019, and building planning model SIA 112. The mandate comprises SIA phases 3 to 5 (design, procurement and implementation)
