The purpose of the competition is to award the execution mandate for civil engineering services related to the renovation, rehabilitation and extension works of the Visagno residence in Claro. The previous phases were supervised by the Bonalumi Ferrari Partner SA office in Giubiasco. The fee offer for the mandate in question must include the following phases for civil engineering services: 41 Call for tenders, analysis of offers, adjudication proposal 51 Detailed design 52 Execution 53 Commissioning, completion The objective of the client is to engage a civil engineer for the phases from Phase 41 (Call for Tenders) to Phase 53 (Commissioning and Completion) (SIA 103 phases 41 to 53).
