Call for Tenders Door Planning Specialist with Site Management Digitalization Access Management Königsfelden Site PDAG (Project Albrecht, 100265)

As part of the expansion of the overall renovation of Königsfelden Clinic, PDAG plans to modernize its building portfolio with a new locking system and new access management (Project Albrecht). The existing locking system is end-of-life. A replacement is planned within the next 4 years. Based on the selected solution variants « Mini » and « Midi », the « Rough Concept » phase should outline measures to optimize locking control, introduce digital processes, and develop a new access strategy together with cost estimation for both variants with an accuracy of ±15%. Following project approval, the measures will be implemented. The targeted investment costs range from approximately CHF 4.13 to 6.96 million excluding VAT. To implement the project requirements, a door planning specialist with site management is sought to support PDAG in the HERMES « Rough Concept » phase as well as in the subsequent phases up to implementation (the phases according to SIA are aligned with the HERMES project phases).
