Upgrading of Löhningen village bypass, planning submission SIA phases 41-53

The upgrading of the Löhningen village bypass is part of the Schaffhausen agglomeration programme. With the redesign of the village bypass, the attractiveness of the street space and the quality of the public realm will be improved. At the same time, the framework conditions for public transport and active mobility are to be ensured and optimized, and traffic safety is to be increased. Engineering services must be provided in the project phases according to SIA standard 103 (2020) section 4.3.41 to 4.3.53 as overall project manager and specialist: project phase 41 (invitation to tender, tender comparison, contract award application), 51 (detailed planning), 52 (execution) and 53 (commissioning, project closure).
