Biäsche Area Development: Engineering Services Access Roads SIA Phases 31-33

The municipality of Glarus Nord intends to develop the Biäsche employment area to make the site and the land parcels located there developable. The Biäsche employment area is located in the municipality of Glarus Nord, between the A3 motorway Zurich – Chur and the SBB railway infrastructure. Motorway exit no. 45 « Weesen » leads directly to the Biäsche employment area. An attractive employment site for regionally and locally significant companies is to be created on the site through the provision of construction-ready, marketable and available development areas. In addition to the actual road construction (access roads), the connection of all utility services, sewerage, water and electricity must also be planned and coordinated. The district heating project must be coordinated and integrated.
