Planning services are to be provided principally at the bidder's location. Assignments at the contracting authority's premises or at the project site remain expressly reserved. Site management tasks must be performed at the construction site.

Planning services for road expansion and creation of a new cycle path facility on cantonal roads K 46 Pfaffnau - St. Urban in the section Schöneich up to and including the junction with cantonal road K 42. Processing of SIA phases 32 Building Project (revision, completion), 33 Deposit Project, 41 Tender, 51 Detailed Design, 52 Execution, 53 Commissioning and Closure. A detailed description of the scope of contract can be found under section 1 of the intended planning contract of KBOB.

By submitting the bid, the bidder confirms that it is able to perform the contract starting from the specified start date and meeting the scheduled completion dates for phases 32, 33, 41, 51, 52, 53 within the specified period. The contracting authority reserves the right to adjust the schedules.
