1-MA-004 Surveyor Mandate
In accordance with the provisions of document 1 "Administrative Conditions"
As part of the extension of the Lausanne tram line and the expansion of the public transport network in the Lausanne region, a new tram line t1.2, approximately 3.3 km in length, will be constructed between Renens station and Villars-Sainte-Croix, Croix-du-Péage. This extension is subdivided into 3 distinct geographic perimeters: Perimeter No. 1: Pont-Bleu and Vernie sectors: 1,300 m (PK4+500 to PK5+800), Perimeter No. 2: Arc-En-Ciel, Buyère and Cocagne sectors: 1,420 m (PK5+800 to PK7+217), Perimeter No. 3: Croix-Péage and RC251 sectors: 550 m (PK7+333 to RC251). The route of this extension will be located in the municipalities of Renens, Crissier, Ecublens, Bussigny and Villars-Sainte-Croix. A consortium of contractors has already completed phase 32 and part of phases 33 and 41 for the entire extension of the Lausanne project. TL, the client and principal, wish to engage new contractors to continue the project. For this purpose, phase 32 must be completed, phases 33 and 41 must be finished and phases 51 to 53 will be fully implemented (see document 2 "Technical Specifications"). This call for tender concerns the services of a Surveyor contractor for the entire length of the t1.2 project as well as the railway bridge over the motorway. Details of the expected services are described in document 2 "Technical Specifications". Execution of the mandate is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, subject to obtaining the necessary authorizations.
