T-MA-021 - Completion of Traffic Support Services

The Traffic mandate services consist of carrying out: Before construction begins: - Traffic studies and traffic simulations in the future state, - Establishment of traffic management principles over the entire section based on results, - Studies and execution projects for the operation of traffic light systems, - Establishment of marking, light signalization and vertical signage plans. During the construction phase: - Preparation of phasing plans, diversion principles and provisional operating modes, including traffic lights and signalization, - Supervision of contractors for provisional and permanent light signalization, vertical signage and marking. The contract, subject to this tender, includes: - Services related to the extension of the construction duration and the multiplication of construction phases, as well as related ancillary requests (affected SIA phases 51 and 52), - Services related to a compression of the schedule requiring greater involvement during the performance of tests (affected SIA phase 53), - Services related to the analysis of the Viaduc-Chablais intersection in the final state, taking into account the increased constraints imposed on this intersection (affected SIA phases 51, 52 and 53).
