1-MA-003 - Lausanne Tramway Project - Stage 2: Environment Mandate

According to the information in document 1 «Administrative Conditions»

Within the framework of the extension of the Lausanne Tramway line, a new tramway line t1.2, with a length of approximately 3.3 km, will be constructed between Renens station and Villars-Sainte-Croix, Croix-du-Péage. This extension is subdivided into 4 distinct geographic perimeters: Perimeter No. 1 - Sectors Pont-Bleu and Vernie: 1,300 m (approx. PK4+550 to PK5+764), Perimeter No. 2 - Sectors Arc-En-Ciel, Buyère and Cocagne: 1,500 m (approx. PK5+764 to PK7+219), Bridge Perimeter: 120 m (approx. PK7+219 to PK7+333), Perimeter No. 3 - Sectors Croix-Péage and RC251: 400 m (PK7+333 to Croix-du-Péage roundabout), 350 m on RC251. A consortium of contractors has already completed phase 32 and part of phases 33 and 41 for the entire extension of the Lausanne project. The tl, client and contracting authority, wish to rely on new contractors to carry out the continuation of the project. Phase 32 must be completed, phases 33 and 41 must be finalized and phases 51 to 53 will be carried out in full (see document 2 «Technical Specifications»). This call for tenders concerns contractor services for Environment and Environmental Supervision of Implementation (ESI) for the entire length of project t1.2, as well as the railway bridge over the motorway.
