The Building Department of Canton Zurich, represented by the Department of Buildings, is conducting a tender for the award of general planning services (design, tendering and implementation) for the stairway access to the Hardbrücke starting from Güterstrasse in Zurich. A team is sought (general planning with sub-planning, also possible as a joint venture) consisting of professionals with planning competencies in the fields of civil engineering, architecture, construction management, electrical engineering and traffic planning with experience in the planning and implementation of similar construction projects in the public realm. Leadership and overall coordination shall be with the civil engineering discipline. The general planning shall carry out the design with high architectural, technical and organizational expertise and realize the construction work in a cost- and quality-conscious manner and on schedule. Additional members of the general planning team may optionally be brought in during the planner selection procedure for technical support. Multiple applications are permitted except for the fields of civil engineering and architecture. The fee offer for phase 2 must include all planning services.
