Open Architectural Competition - New Building for School Complementary Care (SEB) Walchwil

The construction of a new building for School Complementary Care (SEB) is to implement an important element of Walchwil's school space planning and create capacity for the growing demand for care services. In addition to diverse indoor and outdoor spaces for care, facilities for specialized primary school teaching as well as public parking spaces in an underground garage are to be created. The competition site is located in the immediate vicinity of the school complex, on an attractive slope overlooking Lake Zugs, on the current land reserve Wihel. An interdisciplinary team is sought for the planning and realization of the new building (performance phases 3-5). A total budget of CHF 150'000 (excl. VAT) is available for prizes, acquisitions and compensation.
