Agglomeration Programme Basel 6th Generation, Development of Future Vision 2050 (FV2050)

The assignment comprises the development of the Future Vision 2050 (FV2050) as a strategic foundation for the Basel Agglomeration Programme 6th Generation (AP6). The objective of the mandate is to create a reliable, trinational coordinated synthesis image that serves as a binding basis for the derivation of measures in the AP6. The scope of services includes interdisciplinary planning work in the thematic fields of settlement, transport, landscape and climate across the entire processing perimeter of the Basel agglomeration. The development is carried out methodologically through a circular workshop procedure, structured into five work packages (AP). The expected end products include an integrated overall plan (graphic and textual), a technical final report as well as a roadmap with an implementation pathway for strategic key measures.
