Further Development of Commercial Offer Dock E

The commercial offering in Dock E currently comprises a combination of « Grab-and-Go » concepts and cafés in gastronomy as well as « Last-Minute » duty-free, souvenir and convenience offerings. From both a customer and commercial perspective, further development is being pursued, with a particular need for a systematic gastronomy operator. The comprehensive redesign of all commercial spaces in the eastern part of Dock E creates the necessary potential for expanding the gastronomy and retail offering. For the design and realization of the expanded commercial offering in Dock E, a general planner shall be commissioned to cover the specialized disciplines advertised. Overall management can be with the gastronomy planner, the architect or construction management. General planner services are procured for SIA phases 31 to 53.
