Renovation and Extension of Renens Performance Hall - HVAC Engineering Mandate

In April 2024, the City of Renens launched a one-stage architecture competition in selective procedure as defined by articles 3 and 7 of the SIA 142 regulations, 2009 edition. It aims to develop an architectural project for the expansion of the Renens Performance Hall, the renovation of the existing building and external facilities within the competition perimeter, for their implementation. The consortium of offices Conen Sigl Architekten GmbH and DUO Architectes paysagistes Sàrl won the competition on 13 December 2024 with the project "Pisé" The contract consists of engineering services according to SIA phases 31 to 53 for the following HVAC services · heating · ventilation · sanitary · electrical
