N20.71 MP-180010 - NEB Le Locle Bypass - APR+DLT GC for open-air sectors phases AO - commissioning (ID 11419)

The Le Locle city bypass project is a new construction project and includes a tunnel to the north (a two-lane tube with safety gallery), which begins near the Col des Roches railway station (site of the Les Granges quarry) and connects to the existing Crêt-du-Locle junction. The scope of the study covers the entire Le Locle bypass (N20) including the connection to the local road network (cantonal and municipal roads). The Federal Roads Office (ASTRA) initiated the project and organized contractor procurement in 2020-21. Due to project development and the scope of services to be provided, certain contractor packages cannot be executed by commissioning. This also applies to Package 4 «Open-air earthwork», which is the subject of this new tender. The subject of this tender is the provision of design engineering and site supervision (öBL) services for all areas of open-air earthwork of the N20 project – Le Locle bypass. The affected phases range from completion of the DP phase (supplements to the documents prepared) to commissioning.
