N11/60, N01/42 UPlaNS Junction ZH-East – Kloten South (ZOK)

The UPlaNS section Junction ZH-East – Kloten South was put into operation in the mid-1970s respectively early 1970s. No comprehensive maintenance project has been carried out since commissioning. Due to the advanced age and condition, a maintenance project (route/KuBa/BSA) including construction/reconstruction of noise protection/drainage/PUN (with separately commissioned project authors AP) is now planned. The subject concerns the award of the mandate for project author construction (incl. BSA) for the next phase MK (without AP component but with coordination of interfaces) in the project. Earliest start August 2026. The following options shall also be part of the tender. Option A: Strategic PSS-P decisions not yet determinable, Option B: Technical requirements EP F4/GE7 (operation/maintenance construction/BSA) and Option C: Technical requirements FU (including PFS/FHB/RL)
