N09.48 MP-080215 - Blécherette Junction New Development - Mandatary APR+DLT Traffic and Signalling Phases DP until Service Commencement (ID 11533)

The project for the new development of the Blécherette junction is a new construction project on the N09 north of Lausanne between kilometre 3.9 and 6.4. The main objective is to double the current junction to improve traffic flow and thus enhance safety for road users. The project provides for preliminary measures (to be confirmed) and must take into account several adjacent, related and parallel projects. Following the preparation of the final AP project and to continue project planning, the current contract must be partially re-tendered. This procedure concerns the services of project manager (PV) – site supervision (öBL) for the fields of traffic and signalling as well as for the phases DP until service commencement (SIA 32 to 53 according to SIA 112).
