MP 2025.02.759 - Mandate for the Renewal of Washing Facilities

In 2024, tl commenced works to extend the Perrelet depot in Renens. These works aim to significantly increase current surfaces and volumes to support the increase and renewal of the road vehicle fleet in the first half of 2027. These modifications significantly impact the equipment installed there, in particular the washing facilities, which consequently need to be rehabilitated. To meet this need, tl wishes to rely on the expertise of a project management assistant capable of supporting them throughout this project. The project management assistant's competencies must cover the areas HVAC-E; IT; MEP; GC, ENV. This call for tenders therefore concerns project management assistance services for the acquisition and renewal of bus washing facilities for our Perrelet depot as well as for the Borde depot. The contracting authority wishes to acquire two new facilities (one for each site) and renew the existing facilities (three for the Perrelet depot and two for the Borde depot).
